Beginning Wheel Maria Sparsis Evening Session | Starts September 20th | 6-9 pm
This class is intended for beginner students with little or no previous experience using the wheel.
- The class will focus on the fundamentals of wedging, centering, opening lifting, and producing basic pottery forms such as bowls, cylinders, mugs, plates, and vases.
- Time will also be spent on glazing techniques.
- Please keep in mind that wheel-throwing can be physically and mentally demanding and requires patience, time, and practice.
Missed classes cannot be made up and it is important to be on time to participate in the studio orientation.
Pre-Registration is required.

Cost: $205, includes one 25-pound bag of clay.
Additional clay, if needed, may be purchased at $25 per 25-pound bag.
