Coil Bowls : All Skill Levels | Clay Workshop | Monday, September 20 | 9am - 12pm
This three-hour session will guide participants, step by step, in creating their own coil bowl.
This bowl will be created using a mold and various coil types. Laying the coils in certain patterns can determine the piece's function and style. All participants will either construct an orchid pot, fruit bowl, or yarn spool! Learning and mastering coil building can open up many vessel forming possibilities.
Once constructed your piece will be fired and glazed for you in a color of choice.
All necessary materials will be provided, however, bring any of your favored hand-building tools.
Participants will pick up completed pieces at a later date.
Pre-Registration is required.
