Intermediate Hand Building Skills w/ Ginny| Wednesdays in October
Intermediate Hand Building Skills
In this class, participants will investigate more advanced hand-building skills such as handles, lidded vessels, and use/creation of patterns. Greater attention will be paid to finished details as well as the practice of good hand-building habits. Participants should be familiar with basic hand-building skills such as using a slab roller, joining two pieces of clay, etc.
As this class is only 4 sessions, the content will cover intermediate hand-building during all four sessions. Very little time, if any, will be allotted to glazing.
All pieces will be fired by Indian River Clay.
Pre-Registration is required.
