Hone your slab building skills in this class and end up with a butter dish to use at home or give as a gift. Participants will use templates to cut pieces from slabs. From there they will construct their butter dishes from the pieces. Clay shrinkage will be discussed along with embellishing and how to vary from the template for a more personally creative approach. Day 2 will be devoted to glazing.
