Introduction to Handbuilding
In this class we will get to know clay! We will begin with pinch pot planters week one, coil vases week two, wall vases week three and introduction to glazing week four. In the end we will have three unique and functional pieces to show off to friends and family!

Materials Fee: $30 bag of clay (cash or check)
Class Dates: Wednesdays, June 7, 14, 21 & 28
Time: 9am - 12pm
Length of Class: 4 sessions/3 hours each/1 day per week
Clay Skills To Be Learned: Pinch pot method, coil method, slab method, scoring and slipping and glazing among other things!
Materials To Bring: You may want to buy a tool kit, Tina recommends an 8 Piece Pottery Tool Kit which can be found at Michaels, Amazon, Axner Pottery Supply. But we also have tools available for your use in the studio.
