Middle School Classes (grades 6-8) Projects and Creative Play
Tuesdays. 9:00 - 12:00. September 10 - November 5
Students will be introduced to both handbuilding and imaginative project techniques. This series will focus on handbuilding sculptures, mugs, whistles, pinch pot bowls, and imaginative forms. As students’ familiarity and skills develop, participants will engage in projects designed to integrate ceramics with other subjects such at literature, writing, social studies, or mathematics. Pieces will be glazed and fired. Class is limited to 8 students.
Cost: $300 which includes instruction, all materials, glazing, and firings.
